Have I been hacked II?

So once in a while am getting this pop-up iCloud control panel message to SIGN ON. Is a new thing, never saw it before. So far, I been telling it to go away.

Funny thing is, my syncs are working perfectly without signing on. I had previously signed on to iCloud and it's on my keychain am sure.

This stupid thing legit or do I have a malware?

What program is displaying the popup? You can read the program name at the top left next to the apple symbol.
