I upgraded last year to the iPhone 12 Pro. It was the first iPhone I had that was unreliable. I was on an important call, that call dropped and the signal was gone, couldn’t call back because the signal wouldn’t come back. Had to hard reset the phone, signal came back, but the issue kept happening. Looked it up, and it looked like it was an issue a lot of people had. I ultimately returned the phone, it seemed like it hadn’t been resolved for a couple months after when I periodically checked up on it.

I’m curious for those who had or heard about the connection issues with the 12 series, was the issue ultimately resolved? Does anybody know if it was a hardware or software issue? Thinking about going to the 13 Pro, but want to make sure the issue wouldn’t likely repeat if I pull the trigger.
