Have reports on how Apple is handling the iPhone issue effected Apple's image?

Just curious if what has been going on the last couple weeks has effected Apple's image any. And yes, i know its not scientific ;)

Actual firsthand experience, absolutely.

Not at all. Every new product has issues. Every first run of a product has issues. If people didn't want to be part of that then they should have waited.

Apple deserves the chance to resolve the issue the way they believe they can - even if most users here think it's ******** - and if they don't meet your expectations at that time take the phone back.
 
I like my Apple products but I've never thought much of them as a company, even less of their CEO.
