Have Moshi Palmguard...should I install trackpad?

Hey guys!

I just bought the moshi palmguard for my new macbook pro 13 inch (bought 2 months ago) and let me tell you, this thing is awesome!!

But, i have not installed the trackpad cover. Should I?

Does the, or will the trackpad discolor overtime like the palm rests?
