Have Relocated Items Folder, but Nothing in it but Explanation Document

Just updated to Catalina, got that folder.

Opening it, there's just the explanation doc, but that doc says some files were moved to a Security folder, which I can't find?

It appears you only get this folder to begin with if there were actually incompatible files, so it seems weird I got this folder with nothing in it?

Can't figure out if there are or are not files that are incompatible and where this Security folder supposedly is.

The folder on your desktop is an alias, the actual folder should be located at Users/Shared/Relocated Items/Security. Take a look there and see what's in it.
