Have right-side dock show only on 2016 MacBook Pro screen in multiple-monitor setup?

Sometimes I use an external display with my 2016 MBP. I use a right-side location for my dock. The monitor also sits to my right.

What I notice is that the dock shows on the far right side of the right hand monitor, which is a pain since i do must of my work on the main MacBook Screen. The external screen is more for displaying a how-to video on Photoshop or something.

I've gone back to having my dock on the bottom of the screen like a savage (joke).
