Have they showed us what happens when someone want to Face Time with you?

We know how to start it up. But what happens when someone wants to Face Time with you? I'm assuming you get a pop up and you accept.

From the videos/demos it seems pretty instant.

I'm pretty sure the other person must accept, I've seen it in a few WWDC videos.
