Have to hardreset 6 plus after every missed call

I suffer from bad phone reception in my area and often get a text that someone called or missed a call and get message like the one in picture.

Problem is that i can not get away from screen without hardreset phone... Not so funny every time. Anyone have that problem? None of the buttons on screen works when this happens.
