I heard the prepaid unlimited data plan won't get throttled. Is that correct?
If that is true, I am gonna use this SIM card with the hotspot device and cancel the TWC's contract.
Is anyone doing like this?

I've been on AT&T unlimited data since the first week of iPad 1. So has my wife. We have NEVER been throttled on our iPads. Even using 20+ gigs each a month streaming while we travel.

However our unlimited data on our iPhones have been throttled a few times. But not enough for us to change.

I've been throttled a couple of times on my iPhone, but only noticed it by reading the online account reports. The throttling didn't affect anything I was doing. I still got music through iTunes Radio while using Navigation and talking to grandma while driving to her house, 1500 miles away.

I get throttled

Starting about 1.2 gb a month it slows down to where email won't check. I am grandfathered in on unlimited plan since iPhone 3GS. I don't have data plan on iPad.
