I can't tell if mine has or not.

Is it worth replacing?

As yours and others usage patterns will be different its difficult to really say.

Have you experienced reduced operating time or not ?

if so either have the battery replaced by an apple engineer or use it as a good excuse to upgrade !

Here's my problem...I want to get an iPhone 5 but want to wait for the jailbreak. In the meantime I wouldn't mind fixing my 4s although w my apple care plus it might be cheaper to just spend 50 bucks and get a new phone, but I don't know if it will have iOS 6 or not.

How much is it to have the battery replaced?
