We've now seen three (very impressive) events filmed at Apple Park so I'm curious to know if it really looks like that in person? Judging by the design of Apple's flagship store, I'd to like believe it does but I'm wondering how much of what we see in these highly-produced videos is true to life.

I don't think anyone has been able to see Apple park honestly.
There are definitely people who have visited it:

I went there in 2018, it was a trip seeing it on the navigation on the car, it looked like I was approaching the colosseum. Words fail when you see the round building in person from the visitor center. Apple Park is so massive and such a monument to 'Think Different'. This next statement is going to instantly identify the kind of nerd I am. Seeing the round Apple Park, it looks like the saucer section from ST TNG Enterprise when they crashed in the movie on the planet after being in battle. Yeah. :)
