If you look close the outer rainbow should be opposite color order than the inner rainbow because its a reflection.

yeah their pretty cool to see. Christians believe its a promise never to flood the earth while we're on it again. I don't believe in that.

You get used to seeing them ever summer - like I do - but its still cool to see; just lives up the mood.
