I am looking to get my daughter's I-Book G4 repaired. We live in a rural area with no authorized dealers/repair places nearby. She has had it for a few years, so it isn't under warranty. Has anyone had experience with using one of the online repair companies (macservice.com, macrepairdepot.com, etc.) or am I better off sending it to Apple directly? Thanks!
