Really? Must be a USA-only option then. Apple just finally charged my card for the full amount, so maybe this is a sign that it will be shipping tonight/tomorrow. My delivery estimate is between Tuesday and Thursday, I'm hoping for Monday or Tuesday.
Mine hasnt shipped yet, ordered it yesterday morning. I am hoping maybe by tomorrow. I regret not buying it in stores, but I didnt think they would carry the ultimate 13 inch models.
I'm in the USA and I didn't get that option either. I ordered 30 minutes past eight (Eastern).

Ordered same spec within 1hr of release. Still no signs of shipping and not expected to deliver until 5th August!!!!

I also ordered the MBA 13 Ultimate within hours of it being released. Order said shipped within 3 business days and my credit card company has confirmed that the money has been charged to the card.
However, expected delivery date is 3 August 2011....such a long time to wait...sigh!!
By my estimates, 3 business days (not counting 20/7) technically should ship out on 25 July - even with a buffer of another day, 26 July. CTO units are usually shipped out of China (at least my last MBP did) and takes about 4 days to get here - which should take it up to 29/30 July. Being the weekend, DHL will probably deliver on Monday 1st. I guess they are building in some buffer just in case the demand for the CTO units a overwhelming.
In any case, even the local stores here aren't getting their MBA's unit next week (no exact date given). Hopefully I'll get mine even before they're available in the local stores here.

Mine has not been shipped yet either. I ordered within one hour of the new MBAs being released. My estimated delivery date is 2nd August (I live in the UK).
I'm not too worried about the delivery date, the only thing I'm worried about is ending up with a Toshiba SSD instead of a Samsung one

Seems like all the UK CTO models will be arriving on the 2nd August, as mine is too. Card has been charged. That said, Apple are usually conservative with their delivery estimates from China, so it may be early.

My CTO status has now changed to "Prepared for Shipment" with an estimated date of 2nd August. This would of been 29th July, if I didn't take up the £65 gift voucher.
Strange that the iTunes voucher adds such a delay. Assuming that's due to merge-in-transit rather than straight delivery? Mine's still on Not Shipped, but if there's movement it'll change sometime soon.

Apples ship date math can be a bit fuzzy at times. Think 2 + 3 = @5, rather than 2 + 3 = 5. In reality their ship date math is probably no worse than anyone else's, were just focused on it more.

Ordered the 13" Ultimate on 7/20 at 11:08am central time. Got my order acknowledgment email at 3:53pm. Still hasn't shipped. Said ships in 1-3 business days with delivery between the 26-28 with $10 extra shipping.
7/22 7:15am: Now says "Prepared for shipment". Looks like mon or tues for delivery

My 13" ultimate is now prepared, it's 7:30am so I think it's safe to assume it will ship tonight. With 2-3 day shipping and FedEx working on Saturday, it should be here Monday or Tuesday Though their website says Tuesday or Wednesday. Does FedEx not count Saturday anymore? Or is this part of the "bad shipping calculation"?

Doesn't say when the expected delivery is even when I go to the DHL site and track it from there.
