Having a lot trouble connecting to ssh from terminal.

I am stuck on enable jailbreak and Cydia is not on my screen. Someone said I need to use ssh.
Am I supposed to put in my computer password for the first part, and then alpine for the root password?
Thats what I did but its not working I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out.

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use ssh, but Electra says enable jailbreak but cydia has not appeared. Thanks in advance!
