Hi, whenever I active Siri and say something it is stuck on listening but it never actually picks up on what I say.

After I stop talking it just shows me this:

Does the microphone image that gauges your voice register you speaking?

Nope it just always makes a wave even if I'm not speaking.

I'll speak and Siri will still show continuous waves.

EDIT: tried turning off Siri then I used voice control and that worked perfectly and played music yet when I re-enabled Siri it didn't work.

Haters aside, Siri works fine. You definitely have some sort of issue going on. I assume you've done the usual reset and reboot? Do you have "While Using" enabled in Privacy --> Location Services --> Siri?

You could also try turning off the noise-cancelling function by putting the phone into "Hearing Aid Mode" - Settings: General: Accessibility: Hearing Aids: Hearing Aid Mode On.
See how the microphone responds to that.

Yep. Already tried basic troubleshooting.

How the hell can voice control work fine but not Siri? That leads me to believe it's not a hardware issue with the Mic.

I really don't want to restore as new. I have 20GB worth of apps alone.

I really appreciate all the help you have given me guys. Tried this just now and no success.
