On the 4th Jan I placed an order for a Drobo and HDD with macfixit.com.au and had my CC debited that day by them. Since then I have email for an updated on the order and had no response. The real worry I'm now having is that the website went down yesterday, they are not answering their phone and the emails are now bouncing back.
Before I drive across town (it's 43 degrees in melbourne today) to bang on the door I was wondering if anyone else is having or had issues buying from macfixit?
