I find it hard to toggle Notification Center or even worse Control Center on my Max. At least with my iPhone 7+ Control Center wasn’t an issue, but no way in hell I can comfortably reach across to the other side of the notch. So I remembered AssistiveTouch feature I briefly used with my 7+ back in the day and decided to give it a go. With the larger screen on the Max, AssistiveTouch “ball” doesn’t get in the way as much as it did on my 7+. And as of iOS 11 you can easily toggle AssistiveTouch from the Control Center so easy on and off.

With this feature enabled I can double tap on the “ball” to toggle control center, long press for notification, 3D Touch for reachability, and single tap to open more AssistiveTouch menus (customizable). Give it a try.

Nice little write up. I use this feature on my Max as well. Not the perfect solution but definitely helps out those who feel the device is a little unwieldy when invoking Notification Center control center and reach ability.
