iPad Having issues with ios6 ipad

I have my ipad mini jailbroken with ios6 (forgot to upgrade). Recently my browser stopped working. It would open but nothing shows up and cant search anything. Acts like it is frozen, this is everytime even after reboot.


And today it decided it would not open any cydia based apps. Not even cydia opens now, it quickly closes as soon you click on app.

I dont know what to do... Any suggestions? Trying to avoid full reset and losing my jailbreak.

try booting into safe mode and see if the problem is fixed. if yes, then that means it's a bad tweak

hold the volume up button while booting up
