Having Mouse Problem

For some reason my mouse will only scroll down and not up. How do i get the mouse to scroll both ways?

Having Mouse problem

Thanks BlueRevolution for the link - it fixed the problem. It appears there are some contact issues holding the scroll down hard a couple of times fixed the issue
