Having problems with voice memos

iTunes is not importing the voice memo I have on my iPhone to my computer, despite voice memos being enabled to transfer. Have synced it multiple times and have even tried transferring purchases. iTunes does not create a playlist for my voice memos. Two previous voice memos that have been recorded have, however, appeared in my main library under unknown artist.

Voice memos not copying

I am having the same problem. I am trying to copy some voice memos from my iphone to itunes on my macbook pro, but only some of the voice memos show up as synched in itunes when I'm done. Also I don't see the voice memos in question in the list on the computer's itunes when I connect the iphone. please help.
