Having problems with windows backup and lace external hard drive

I have a 1tb lacie 2big quadro and i've partitioned it into 2 partitions one for the mac and one for the windows side (FAT 32). When i run windows backup it says something like The backup location cannot be found error code - 0x80070002. It also says windows cannot find the specified file. I've tried it on my main PC which also has Windows 7 and it worked fine (especially with eSata :eek:) so its obviously not the external hard drive.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? Could it be that windows 7 isn't fully supported yet in bootcamp??
