I have Leopard 10.6 installed since beginning (have had computer for 4 weeks)
I can't save changes to iTunes 8.0, iLife 09 /iMovie, iPhoto.
I throw things in the trash then when i reboot the stuff is back in the programs. I try to create changes to movies ie transitions or audio ; the next time i enter /post reboot, the changes disapear as if i never did anything. this has been going on for weeks.

could i have a virus... how can i check if malware is in system?
do i have to do something with permissions, plist (i am pulling at straws)
when i talk to Apple , they give me that "audio stare" as if i am crazy.
Please someone with technical ability throw me a bone.

It can't be a Virus. It could be a malware through. Even that I don't think that's the cause. Did you forget the save your works?

You should use your Mac OS X disk and do a disk repair, might help.
