iPod Having Trouble Adding Album Art

I'm having trouble adding album art to CD's i've ripped. In past versions of Itunes all I had to do was highlight all the songs of a certain album and drag a photo into the album art area and each highlighted song took that photo as its album art. Now, when I do the same thing it only applies the art to the current song playing. How can I copy one piece of art to multiple songs?

make sure the title of the artwork box is set to "selected song" rather than "currently playing" - change it back and forth by clicking on the title, that's it.
