For some reason my MP3 CD I burnt in itunes will not work in my car. It is set to MP3 CD and it was always working. The only thing I can think of what I did differently is this time I ripped some songs from a CD and converted them to mp3 and put them in my playlist. Could this be the problem? Any help would be appreciated thanks

maybe your cd player in your car doesnt like cds burnt using itunes. try using toast to burn a data cd choosing "mac & pc" and drag the mp3s from itunes. should work.

You cant burn a MP3 cd for your car (unless your head unit can play an mp3 cd). What you need to do is burn an Audio cd. Go to itunes preferences>Advanced>Burning and select Audio cd.

My car can play MP3 CDs and I had absolutely no problem until I burnt some of my tunes that were in AAC to a CD and then ripped them back and tried to burn to a MP3 CD. Thats the only thing I can think of that I did differently this time.
