Having trouble creating smart folder to find tags

I have folders tagged like this

but when I create a smart folder like this I get no results?

Does clicking on the Blue tag in the Finder sidebar not perform this same function?
 
It doesn’t for me. Maybe because that folder is mounted? It’s using box desktop
 
bump. is the finder tag button supposed to work for mounted folders? it doesn't for me. I'm trying to tag folders in box.com desktop
