Having Trouble getting a ring tone to show

I am hoping someone can help me. I downloaded a ring tone to my phone. It is a minute long and it is showing up in my iTunes under music. I had done a search for ringtones to find it. It is the theme song for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Even paid 69 cents for it but now cannot make it a ring tone. When I try to re-download it, it just goes to play. I have downloaded other tones and they would show up in my sounds.
BTW I have a 5s.
