Having Trouble Installing 10.6.4

So what I've been trying to do in the last day or two is get my mac to upgrade to 10.6.4 from 10.6.3. I've tried through Software Update, and also tried downloading the combo updater from the Apple Support site. I've also tried to repair disk permissions, and repair disk, but nothing changed :/

It's a Mid-2007 MacBook, 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.5GB RAM, 120GB hard drive (split with Boot Camp)

Is there something I'm missing? :confused:

PS. Perhaps this line is of some interest? It happens while the computer is starting up:
