Right before it finishes in the bootcamp assistant it keeps telling me that it can't partition the harddrive and I need to put in the install disk and run disk ultility. I've run disk utility and repaired permissions and also verified the disk ( which it says is fine) but still it won't let me complete partitioning the drive. What's going on?

I just ran it again. Here's the exact message I get:

YOUR STARTUP DISK CANNOT BE PARTITIONED BECAUSE SOME FILES CANNOT BE MOVED
Back up your startup disk and use Disk Utility to format your startup disk as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the startup disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.
