Crazy thing. Every time I try a new picture for my lock screen on my iPad 3, it won't resize and it lags really bad. It does it for every picture I have. It even does it when It try one on my home screen. Kind of annoying. Any thoughts on how to fix? I worked fine in iOS 6. Any one else experiencing this issues? Thanks in advance.

It's because of the parallax effect. The photo needs to zoom in so there is content outside of the viewing window to show when moving the phone.
As of now, there's no way around it and it's just the way it is.
Do a search on the forum, you'll find probably 50+ threads on the same thing.
