Having trouble trying to remove something.

I just removed parallels with appDelete and when i went to empty my trash i got the message attached in the image i posted. Any thoughts? I'm running 10.5.1.

So i had my first restart of the weekend and went into the activity monitor and the file/program wasn't running. So i tried to delete it again and got the same message.

Is the item a mounted disk image?

From the terminal run the command: lsof | grep pvsnatd

The first column shows the application that has the file open.
