So I've had my iphone 3g for about two years and a couple of months and lately it has been crap, it's really slow and sometimes it won't even charge, if i'm lucky and plug it into my computer it might charge, it says it's charging but it's not and will randomly disconnect even if I didn't touch it. Will apple replace it with another 3g that actually works or is there anything i can do to fix this?

No, they wont replace it cause its 1 year manufacturers warranty has most likely expired.
You can check to be sure on this site though: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do
