Anyone figure out how to make someone an authorized user?

I asked this same question here on the 8th and didn't get any answers.

I have also sent two different support requests to hbo now support. They don't bother actually reading what you ask - instead just they just send canned responses that aren't applicable to the question asked.

If I had to guess, I'd say the functionality is not there yet.

For HBO Go, it was simple as going to a webpage (on hbo.com I believe), registering a user name and password, verifying it via my cable company creditals and getting an auth code which I typed into my apple tv.

Sounds more complicated than it really was.

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing.

In this case, we already have a registered account and can watch HBO Now. However the terms of use talks about adding Authorized Users to your registered account. Presumably so one can separate what has been viewed (and is up next) by different family members - similar to Netflix profiles.
