HD Capture Cards for an iMac

I'm going to be capturing some Halo 3 gameplay over the summer, so I want to save up for an HD capture card.

I found this one Blackmagic Design: Intensity and I was wondering if it would have to built into the computer, if so, can I install it into my iMac?

If not possible, are there any high quality HD capture cards that I could use with my iMac?

You can’t use the Intensity card since you don’t own a Mac Pro with available PCI express slots, but you can use the Video Recorder:
