HD Export Settings for Screenium

Hi all,

I use Screenium for all my screen capturing needs. I have recently started exporting my videos into what I think is 720p HD. Although, it doesn't look like it, although the quality is much better (Its for the YouTube HD thing).

Does anyone know what export settings I should use (Compression type/Fps/Data rate) when exporting from Screenium for 720p HD
