In running Disk Utility on my internal start-up drive I get an error repairing permissions. It's

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Is this important? How do I fix it?
