Ok, bear in mind that when speaking with computer people, Memory refers to the amount of RAM in the system, in your case, the maximum is 4GB of DDR2-667 SODIMMs, (Around $80 USD)

Storage, or Space, or Hard Drive, or any number of things that isn't 'Memory' refers to the hard drive capacity. In this case, I believe there are 500GB 2.5" SATA 9.5mm drives out that will fit in the MacBook. You have to get a 2.5", 9.5mm SATA drive or it will not physically fit.

As of right now, the largest that you can get in your MacBook is the 320 Gb hard drive, you can find it here. Currently the dimensions of the 500 Gb drive limits it's placement (it is 12 mm, not the 9.5 mm that can fit in your MacBook), but later this year, there will be a physically smaller 500 Gb drive that will fit in your MacBook.
