HD Movies for the UK?

I want to buy HD Movies from iTunes but unless I have got an Apple TV (which looks nice) ooh or a cinema watching widescreen 10" iPad I can't!

So what gives?

I know, that really sucks that its still the only way to get HD movies in the UK.

However, you could also purchase legit US iTunes vouchers and create a US account. I haven't tried it myself, but I heard it works.
