Hallo to everybody!
I'm working on a video-installation to be projected. I will work on a very big surface (a ancient building here in Italy) and with a very powerfull projector: a Christie Roadie 25K HD.
We checked everything before starting working, and the best solution (between computer output resolution and the input compatibility) was to work with a 1920x1080 resolution.
Well, I'm working with Motion, because it's a project based mainly on graphics animations, particles and replicators... but everything it's incredibly SLOW!!! I can't see any preview by the timeline, I just need to export everything any time (with rendering of about three hours!).
My doubt is that there's something wrong in the project properties (also because this machine already worked with HD and worked fine and fast)...

So, the machine is:
2 x 2.66 Ghz Dual-Core Intel Xenon
4 GB of memory
Mac OS x 10.4.10

The Project is:
Custom preset 1920x1080
bit depth: 8bit
Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square
Field order:none
Frame rate: 30fps
Motion 3.0.1

Thank You so much!
