my boot camp messed up so im just reinstalling snow leaopard in a long winded exercise and noticed that when i start up and get the boot drives i have a recovery drive as we as my std boot drive.

anyway...pop along to disk utilities and i have a late 2011 MBP 13 base model which has 320gb, but my disk utility once i had removed both paritions of boot camp and lion was only 250. now i only rebuilt it a few weeks ago and had 320 then so surely the recovery disk cant take up 70gb and why cant is see it to delete?

anyone else get this?

Can you post a screen shot of your Disk Utility showing your partitions?
