HD screen for a 20" iMac G4?

So I was thinking of picking up a nice older iMac G4 20" and was wondering if there are any people out there that upgraded the LCD to a 20" 1920x1200 LCD, if they even exist? I plan on taking it apart anyways in hopes of dying the case black :). Just wondering if there are any options out there.
