All of Season 5 of the Office will not play using iTunes 8.1 or QuickTime. When I open the TV show in QuickTime it says my machine is not authorized to play it, but when I open iTunes and authorize it, it doesn't make a difference.
I've tried de-authorizing my computer as well as logging out and back in again. I've tried restarting my computer. I've tried updating all updates. I just get a gray video track with no video or audio. However, the weird thing is... it's just Season 5 of the Office (Season 4 HD plays fine).
Also note, I can play the standard definition versions just fine.
I can't find any information about this anywhere. Is anyone else having problems playing HD TV shows now? I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I'm subscribed to this show with a season pass. Hmm..
