HD TV "unavailable" on iTunes

So I bought Battlestar and 30 Rock in HD last week, and over the course of downloading, three episodes were lost. I received credits from iTunes, but now the shows are listed as "unavailable" and are grayed-out in my shopping cart. I thought it might have something to do with the fact that iTunes thinks I already bought them, so I added an episode of The Office, and it is also "unavailable." Music and standard def shows are available as always.

Any ideas?

I had this problem when I got the free episode of Eureka. I simply turned off my shopping cart and tried again and it came right down. It seems like a coding error, and I gave feedback to Apple regarding it.

Odd. That did work.

I turned the shopping cart back on, and HD content is still grayed-out. Strange.
