Apples are pretty compliant now, being intel and all. The drive you're looking at is Western Digital. I'd buy it if I were you (although, if you're going to spend over $100, you might want to put a little more money down for a 7200 rpm drive. It's worth it

Speed isnt that big of a deal to me, but I don't want to spend that much more extra. Im in college so im not on a high budget.
