HD Video Enabler 3GS

I have been using the HD Video Enabler on my 3GS for a while now, works great, big up everyone that made it. Sadly, I recently upgraded to 4.3.1, and now it seems broken. As soon as I enable it in Winterboard, it basically turns my iPhone into a 3rd Gen iPod Touch. Calls, Messages and Camera disappear from my home screen, and Music and Video appear. Is it just me that this is happening too, or is it because Apple have messed with the Mobile Substrate on 4.3.1 and it just don't want to play? Shame really as it was a great little hack, that I would really love to get back...
