Most go my video library is SD Videos however as time progresses, I see more of the need for HD videos. My problems is that now that i have some more HD content, i would like to add those to my iPhone 5 32GB, but those HD files are huge and can't fit on there. Yes, I know that I can re-download the SD files into iTunes and sync and go from there but that honestly is a pain, is there not an option anywhere to download SD content from iCloud over the air even though the HD content was purchased?

It's my understanding you get what you pay for.

If you buy HD, you own a copy to the HD format. Not SD. In Apple's eyes. So, no if you buy HD, you download HD.

Understood, however they still allow you to download the SD version on iTunes, we should be allowed to do the same over iCloud. Makes so much sense I don't know what the problem is.

I know if you bought the HD version but for example have a 3GS you have an option of downloading the SD version.
