HD working a lot after Beta 4 install - resolved by Diskutility

I have witnessed that my Hard drive used to work a lot since installation of Yosemite Beta 4.

So i did a diskutility and repaired permissions and did a HD repair.

My HD became very quiet instantly.

I wanted to know if i am the only person in this case.
