HDD advice and guide please

Hi all,

heres what i would like to do, remove my optical drive from my MBP 13" 2011 and install a second HDD.

1. what is the cheapest 1tb - 750gb HDD
2. what equipment will i need (im sure i need some sort of case for the HDD?
3. is there a guide to installing this, im sure i saw it before but i cant find it due to me being blind or retarded.

please state uk prices and stores only or if its cheap in american perhaps i could search for it in the uk.
