HDD and SSD issues for MBP

Does the MBP work flawless with the WD Black drive? I'm interested in the 750 gb version.

I have read mixed reports for the Vortex 2 SSD drives, do they work flawlessly or not? If not, does Intel SSD's work without any single issue?
