HDD issue?

early 2013 13" rMBP I upgraded to Yosemite about a week ago, today I started getting pixelated screen just watching a YouTube video decided to run Apple Hardware Test and got what's below in the picture I have 256 flash storage.

I downgraded back to Mavericks, and ran the hardware test again... And there are no issues apparently? Hardware test came back without any issues
